Hi....This lot contains a Vintage Classic Daiwa 4000C Hi-Speed Spinning Reel....This is a all metal reel and weighs in at around 22 oz empty...It will hold about 200 yards of 20lb or 300 yards of 15lb test monofilament line and has a very nice gear ratio of 4:7 to 1 for quick retrieves...The line capacity and gear ratio make it a great saltwater or freshwater monster killer...it would make a great bottomfishing reel or use it for trolling for small kingfish,dolphins,or sailfish....This reel and any reel it's age(40+) does show some paint lost and slight corrosion but all in all, it looks good and works great...It has a sharp bail and a smooth drag and is a joy to fish.....If you want a Classic/Tough reel that you can beat-up and fish after day than this is the one for you...I have a couple of these reels and fish them three times a week, every week with out any problems.....I will start this out at $9.99 with shipping anywhere in the USA by Parcel Post of $8.00.....Thanks for looking and maybe bidding....Mike D. | ||||||||||||
