This sim came online August of 2007 and is a full 65536 sqm with 15,000 prims. The winner of this auction will win the entire sim. This will be a full transfer meaning that you will assume full responsibility for monthly maintenance fees in the amount of $295 USD (plus any applicable taxes or VAT that specific countries charge) due on the 8th of each month payable directly to Linden Lab. The next payment is due on October 8 and will be paid by buyer. For the past year and currently, this sim "The Magic Soapbox", has hosted Magical Freebies and More!! This is the largest lucky chair shop in SL with over 200 lucky chairs. We are selling because the income coming in from the shop was not enough to make tier each month. Linden Lab also charges an island transfer fee in the amount of $100 USD. As the seller, we will pay for half of this fee. The $50 that the buyer will be charged through this auction listing as shipping and handling. NO items are included with this transfer. Once payment is received through PayPal, we will begin to tear down and notify all residents/vendors of the closure. The sim will be transferred no later than the first week of October as we will need to clear all current prims off of it. This could be sooner. We will let you know once it is ready. Once the sim is clear, there is a special ticket for region transfers that both the buyer and seller must create via the support portal. Here is an example of how you as the buyer will do yours.
