TERMS:
The items in
the auction will only be shipped within the 48 Continental
United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska). We do
not ship the items in this auction Internationally.
We process
& ship orders every business day, Monday through
Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or
National Holidays. All completed orders will be
shipped out within 24 - 48 hours after
receiving payment. Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable.
Exception: If
customers are accidentally shipped an incorrect
product and no longer want the product they ordered
due to time constraints we will refund shipping
& handling.
TRACKING
YOUR PACKAGE WITH USPS:
Services used
with USPS are Priority Mail & First Class Mail.
Currently, those two services don't offer any
"in-transit" tracking information. The
only tracking information we receive from USPS is
"delivery confirmation." Customers will
receive shipment confirmation via e-mail the moment
we print your label and ship your order. Depending
on the shape and size of the item we might ship with
USPS.

will take highest shipping cost first, then take 25%
off the shipping cost for each additional purchase.
If an item with a lower shipping rate is purchased

25% off shipping each and add it to the original

REROUTING
THE PACKAGE:
Customers
please make sure your shipping address is current
before making payment. We are not responsible for
fees associated with rerouting your package via
FedEx or USPS. Customers will be held fully
responsible if the shipping address at the time of
payment is not correct, or if the customer hasn't
updated the shipping address prior to making payment.

and you plan to pay via PayPal, then you must have a
confirmed address at the time of payment. Any payments
with unconfirmed addresses will be delayed until a

plan to pay via money order, cashiers' check, or
certified check please be sure it includes the
confirmed shipping address.
MAILING
PAYMENTS:

mailing address for sending money orders &
cashiers' Checks can be found at
the eBay checkout screen.
Please be sure to
include the shipping address somewhere in the envelope
or we will go by the address listed in eBay. Please make sure that
payment is sent in United States
Dollars (USD) currency.
SALES
TAX:

DAY RETURN POLICY:
If you receive
your package and find that it is defective or you
received something different or not as described, we
will gladly replace the product for you, even if the
auction states, "Sales are final." We'll
be happy to facilitate a replacement for you once we
receive the product back in our warehouse. The
timeframe for which to report the defective item is
14 days of receipt of merchandise. From there, you
have 30 days to return the product, after which we
will no longer accept the return. A pre-paid
return label will be given to those with
defective/incorrect items.
WARRANTY:
We stand
behind every item that we sell and will do
everything possible to ensure that you're 100%
satisfied. Some products we carry offer
manufacturers warranty in which the customer is
responsible for contacting the manufacturer for a
replacement.
GAMES,
SOFTWARE,
& CONSOLE RETURN POLICY:
All new games
and game consoles are non-refundable once
they are opened. If you have purchased a
game in error, we will only accept the return if it
has not yet been opened. All games sold under the condition
of "used" or "as is" are also
non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
SHIPMENTS
DAMAGED BY CARRIER:
If you
receive your package and the inner contents are
damaged, please contact us a.s.a.p.. If possible,
please take a picture of the damaged box and items
immediately. We will then use your photos and
descriptions to file a damage claim with the carrier.
Once the claim is complete and the carrier issues us a
refund check, we will do our very best to send a
replacement. Please keep in mind that this
process may take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days.
