This is for Nintendo DS Lite System Skin Case – SF Coating - Pink (DS Lite not included) Shipping & Returns Shipping *We only ship orders within the United States via US Postal Service (First Class Mail or Priority Mail) which takes 2-7 business days depending on shipping method and your location in the US. Your order will usually ship within 1-2 business days after you receive an emailed confirmation Nuri Tech of your order. Nuri Tech does not ship to PO boxes. We can only ship to your credit card billing address or PayPal address for security reasons. Returns We only accept returns for two reasons: 1. Wrong Item Shipped. 2. Defective Item. * All returns must be authorized. * To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at support@nuri tech.us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15% restocking fee. * All items must be returned in a new, unused condition. Also include the original invoice with the RMA# written on it. * Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice. * If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange. *Once you receive your Return Authorization number, you must than ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange or the RMA# will become null and void. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. *We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.
